Grants

The Board of Directors of the Chattanooga Christian Community Foundation makes two types of grants to Chattanooga area Christian ministries:

Dora Maclellan Brown Christian Priority Grants are made to Christian ministries in the greater Chattanooga area.  Click here for more detailed grant guidelines and a grant application.

Important note for 2008 Board Grant Applications (posted February 14, 2008):  Board Grants from the Chattanooga Christian Community Foundation are being given ONLY to pre-selected organizations for 2008.  Those decisions have been made for this year, and the organizations receiving a grant will be contacted during the first quarter of 2008.  Please do not submit grant applications, as they will not be considered for 2008.  Thank you for your understanding of this change.
The Alpha Fund Program is designed for worthy new Chattanooga area Christian ministries and projects that have not yet received their IRS Determination Letter as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity.  The Alpha Fund enables them to raise start-up funds and grow to a point where they are self-sustaining and no longer require the assistance of the Fund.  Click here for more detailed information on the program.
