Thank you for your interest in the Automated Clearing House (ACH) giving method.  We currently have a group of donors who make contributions once a month via ACH on either the 5th or the 18th of each month.

We invite you to join them in this simple, automated, free, and convenient method of donating to CCCF and the fund(s) of your choice.

To register for the ACH giving method, please complete an ACH form and send it, along with a voided check, to the following address:

You will receive a monthly receipt from CCCF, confirming your donation, and reminding you of the next generation date for your gift.   If you have any questions, please call Cindy Sykes at (423) 266-5257.

Note:   Whenever the 5th or 18th falls on a weekend, your donation will be generated the next banking day.
